The European Fine Chemicals Group (EFCG) welcomes the provisional agreement reached between the European Council and the European Parliament on the Critical Medicines Act (CMA) on 12 May 2026. This agreement represents a key milestone in strengthening Europe’s security of supply for critical medicines, to the direct benefit of European patients.
