The European Fine Chemicals Group (EFCG) welcomes the European Parliament’s position on the Critical Medicines Act (CMA), a landmark initiative aimed at strengthening Europe’s health security and industrial sovereignty. The adoption of MEP Sokol’s report (by a very large majority) marks an important step, confirming  the Parliament’s commitment to an ambitious CMA that meaningfully reinforces the European Commission’s proposal.
